Draft for review · revised 25 September 2026.
This is a working draft written to match what the service actually does. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and the date it takes effect has not been set.
Loudloom is a product operated by Business Brain LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Business Brain LLC, the provider of the Loudloom service, and “you” means the business that uses it.
Loudloom plans, drafts, schedules, publishes and measures marketing content for your brand on the channels you connect. Drafts are written with the help of an AI model. A post reaches a channel in one of two ways:
So not every post is read by a person before it publishes: under automation, most are not.
You connect your own social, publishing and advertising accounts through each platform's own authorisation screen, or by pasting a scoped token or app-specific password that you create on the platform. We hold that token, never your account password, and you can disconnect any account from your portal at any time: disconnecting deletes the token we hold, and a record that the account was once connected stays in your history. You remain the owner of every account and responsible for its terms with that platform.
We publish your posts; we do not engage with other people for you. We do not follow, like, message, reply to or comment on anyone on your behalf, and we never scrape or drive a logged-in account. Some channels carry one approved post in two parts — on X, the post and then a reply beneath your own post carrying its link — and that reply is part of publishing the approved post, not engagement. Where we suggest a reply to someone who wrote to you, it is a draft for you to post yourself.
Drafts are written from your brief and your voice profile. Before any post publishes, the software runs automated checks, such as the channel's own limits and your voice rules. A post that links to one of your pages is also compared, by an AI model, with that page, and cannot publish unless the comparison passes. That source check is narrow: it asks whether your page supports what the post says, not whether your page is right, and like any automated judgement it can be wrong. A post without a link has no page to compare against and gets no source check. None of these checks guarantees that a post is accurate. You may comment on any post queued for publication, which holds it until someone has read your comment, and you may ask for changes at any time. You own the content we publish for you once it is published; we may keep a copy for the record.
We promise the work, not the outcome. Reach, engagement, clicks and sales depend on platforms and audiences we do not control. Reports show what happened; where a platform reports no number we show a blank rather than an estimate.
You will not ask us to publish content that is unlawful, that infringes someone's rights, that makes health, financial or other regulated claims you cannot substantiate, or that breaks a platform's rules. We may decline or hold such content, and we will tell you why.
To the extent the law allows, Business Brain LLC's total liability under these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
When the service ends we stop publishing, disconnect your accounts, and on request delete your content, files, messages and connection tokens. What stays: the audit record of what was done (which names who acted and can quote a short excerpt of a message), the invoices, and copies inside database backups made before the deletion. Your published posts stay wherever they were published; they are yours.
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email 30 days before they apply. Questions about the service: hello@loudloom.dev. Legal notices to Business Brain LLC: office@businessbrainllc.net.
